Welcome to Thrive Where Planted!

Welcome to the very first post of Thrive Where Planted, an inspirational lifestyle blog that shares the delightful nooks and crannies of New England and beyond. It was created by Becky and Ruthie, two best friends who were introduced around the time of birth. We love to adventure and believe life is what you make it. We also have an obsession with coffee and silly inside jokes.

How did we start? It wasn't in a garage like Apple. Rather, it grew from an idea to a reality very slowly over time - like giant cave crystals! Becky dreamed for years about starting a blog and using it as a platform to share deep thoughts and all the cool things she found or DIY'd. As with many dreams, it stayed on the back burner ... for years. That is, until some magical turn of events and conversations where two besties who have always wanted to have a business together came up with a plan to create Thrive Where Planted. And hence, we are here!

Thrive Where Planted is about changing the narrative - switching your focus on the good of each day and thriving wherever you are in life. Check us out for updates on adventurous travel, what we are wearing and how we style our abodes. Life isn't always easy, but it is still wonderful.
